The program covers three areas: the products on our shelves and how they differ, the materials they are made from and how to care for them, and consent-based language so that customers lead every conversation.
Training is refreshed whenever the range changes, and suppliers are invited to brief advisors on new lines. Advisors suggest; they don’t push.
