Do you work with newer brands?
Yes, if the brand meets the same selection criteria as everyone else: disclosed body-safe materials, a traceable supply chain, warranty support and retail-ready packaging.
Do you buy direct or through distributors?
Both. We buy from manufacturers directly or through their authorized distributors, and ask for proof of authorization where a distributor is involved.
Do you require exclusivity?
Not by default. Any exclusivity is discussed and agreed case by case as part of the written agreement.
How are talks and workshops arranged?
Professionals propose a topic and format. We agree content, date, capacity and any fees in advance. All events are for adults 18+ and ID is checked at the door.
Can we host a private event in the store?
Yes, after hours and by arrangement. Every guest must be 18 or older and show ID on arrival.
How quickly will we hear back?
We aim to reply to every partner enquiry within two business days, including the ones we decline.
